FAQ 1 - WHAT IS A VIRTUAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR?
 
A business professional that can assist in daily business operations, bookkeeping, HR functions, appointment setting & confirmation, proofreading, creating presentations, etc. All of these services can be completed remotely. However, we do have Administrators that are available for projects onsite. 
FAQ 2 - HOW WILL WE SHARE FILES?

 

We will use secure services such Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc. We also use USB devices if that is your preference.

FAQ 3 - WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS HOURS?

 

Our Virtual Office Administrators are available Monday - Friday 7a-7p EST. Weekend availability is a possibilty with a surcharge. 

FAQ 4 - WHAT PAYMENT FORMS ARE ACCEPTED?

 

We accept PayPal & all major credit and debit cards. You will receive an invoice detailing the project, hours billed and price with payment options and due dates.
